How is pricing structured?
Pricing is typically user based for compute, storage, and bandwidth. Custom enterprise pricing is available for large use cases.
How do you secure customer data?
Data is stored in the Tier-3 or Tier-4 Data Centers where security is multi layered through Network Firewalls and Server Level Fire Walls.
Where is my data hosted? Can I choose region or data residency?
By Default we provide the Tier-3 and Tier-4 Data centers of India Locations for Servers, unless specifically asked for outside location by the client.
How scalable is the platform?
The Servers can scales horizontally and vertically to accommodate growth. After Payment for additional resources we can raise request to Data Centers to Increase the Resources and it take approx 15 to 30 minutes downtime to increase the resources.
What happens if internet connection drops during work?
Tally saves data locally on the server — short interruptions usually do not corrupt data, but users should save frequently and rely on your backups unless purchased as Add On.
Can I run multiple Tally / SPEQTA/ Other Softwares instances for different companies on one server?
Yes — subject to server resources and licensing Policy of Companies, there is no role of Server..
Will i get the Licenced Version of Windows with CAL Licecne and other Software Licences?
Our Responsiblity is to provide the hardware, All the Licencing will be Responsiblity of client unless specifically purchased from us.
Is Backup Service in Included with the Server?
By Default Backup services is available on Additional Payment, we provide free Configuration of Autobackup Software and Linking of Bakcup in your own Google Drive / One Drive. Managed backup with scheduled snapshots, offsite replication, is recommended for all business apps.
How Support is to be Provided by the Company
We provide Support Mon to Sat 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM through Online Ticket, Email and Phone call.
